On the iPhone email application, the default signature for all outgoing messages is “Sent from my iPhone.” This is pretty generic since many people have an iPhone today all around the world. The good news is that this default signature may be customized. Follow the simple steps to create your own customized Signature on your iPhone.
- Locate and tab on the Settings icon and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars which should be located right under General.
- Scroll down toward the down and select Signature to open up the signature editor window.
- In the signature editor window, you can write whatever you wish to be your own iPhone email signature. It will automatically show up on the bottom of all your outgoing emails that you send out on your iPhone. Below is an example of my own iPhone email signature.
That is it! It is that simple. In case you have any questions or comments, free free to contact me. I’ll try my best to help.
